EGPK-Prestwick Airport v2.2
EGPK Glasgow Prestwick Airport is situated in South Ayrshire, Scotland some 32 miles south of City of Glasgow. There is good rail and road connections from Glasgow to the airport.
The airport is presently owned by the Scottish Government.
Passenger services are operated by mainly Ryanair with flights to holiday destinations in Europe. The airport also has a growing cargo usage with Cargolux, Air France, West Atlantic and recently flights from China.
There is also a search & rescue facility and a local Flying Club present on the airfield.
